This International Yoga Day Event will be dedicated to the healers who are constantly pouring out of their cup to fill the cups of hundreds of students for whom they show up in service on a weekly basis.

Being a teacher myself, I know finding balance between giving and receiving can be extremely challenging for yoga teachers. It’s nearly impossible to think one can teach as many classes as we can take. 

However, as we are reminded: “WE CANNOT POUR OUT OF AN EMPTY CUP” we first begin by removing the pressure of “teach one, take one” and slowly shift into making smaller acts of self love count as well.
