A Mini Self-Care Retreat in Miami mindfully created with your mental wellbeing in mind. Come enjoy an intentional morning of Meditation, Yoga, Sound Healing, Aromatherapy, Ice Bath, Breathwork, Picnic with Healthy Bites and Poolside unwinding.

8:45 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. - Check-in

9:00 a.m. to 9:10 a.m. - Guided Meditation 

9:10 a.m. to 10:10 a.m. - Yoga Class

10:10 a.m. to 10:20 a.m. - Sound Healing

10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. - Breathwork and Ice Bath

10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. - Vendors, Picnic and Pool

Please arrive early. Complete address will be provided after purchased ticket. Bring change of clothes and a bathing suit if doing the Ice Bath activity. 

Street parking only, Uber and shared rides are highly recommended.

Early bird is $60, price goes up to $65 after 9/14/23.
