Join me this upcoming Monday, October 6th at 7 pm for a fun, all levels yoga flow.
In collaboration with Cristina Ortega from HighOnYoga and the Miami World Center lululemon Store we bring to you an opportunity to win a FREE lululemon yoga mat if you register as an attendee and come to the class.
We will be giving away 5 yoga mats. Winners will be randomly selected from the people who register to attend the class.
